Custom Home Builder · Residential · Commercial
We build more than structures.
We build the vision.
Comprehensive general contracting and construction management with thoughtful planning, experienced field execution, and attention to detail from the first day through final completion.
Builder. Coordinator.
Problem solver.
EJ Squared Inc. is a full-service general contracting and construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, renovations, commercial construction, and complex building projects throughout Westchester County and the surrounding New York area.
We approach construction with a builder’s experience and a design-minded perspective. Our work is centered on careful planning, clear coordination, quality craftsmanship, and the understanding that successful construction begins long before work starts in the field.
Every successful project starts with understanding the bigger picture.
We look at the entire building: how structure, architecture, mechanical systems, materials, schedule, budget, and construction sequencing work together.
That approach allows us to identify problems earlier, coordinate trades more effectively, and make better decisions throughout construction.
Building on two decades
inside the profession.
My life in architecture began in 2000, where I began my journey. I had the privilege to begin my studies by drafting plans by hand in high school. That foundation taught me to appreciate the thought, precision, and craftsmanship behind every line; principles that continue to guide my work today. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and I am now one exam away from completing the Architect Registration Examination on my path to becoming a licensed architect.
Growing up in a family involved in the building industry, I was exposed to construction from a young age. That experience sparked an interest in both designing buildings and understanding how they come together; from the materials and trades to the decisions that shape the finished space.
Design-minded.
Field-tested.
Throughout my career, I've worked in architectural practices ranging from small offices to midsize firms. Smaller teams allowed me to take on significant responsibilities early, gaining experience in design, project coordination, client relationships, and business operations. Working as a project manager for construction companies added a practical perspective, showing me how design decisions affect cost, scheduling, and execution in the field.
Today, I'm building a practice that brings together real estate development, design, and construction. My work is expanding into property acquisition and residential development, navigating the process from identifying a property's potential through planning, approvals, design, and construction. This approach allows me to consider each project as a whole, connecting the original vision with the practical decisions needed to bring it to life.
My goal is to create thoughtful, lasting buildings while giving clients a clear and informed experience throughout the process. Whether transforming an existing home or pursuing a new development, I bring creative vision, practical judgment, and a personal commitment to seeing the project through.

Construction with a design perspective.
Design Perspective
Understanding what drawings are trying to accomplish while evaluating how details will actually be constructed in the field.
Preconstruction Matters
Scope, constructability, budget, scheduling, trade coordination, procurement, then construction. Solve problems before they become expensive field problems.
Field Experience
Existing conditions, material lead times, overlapping trades and inspections require practical solutions and disciplined coordination.
A clear path from first conversation to project delivery.
Construction becomes more predictable when scope, trades, materials, inspections, and sequencing are organized before they reach the field.
Discovery
We begin by understanding the project, property, goals, drawings, budget, and desired outcome.
Preconstruction
We review scope, constructability, preliminary scheduling, trade requirements, material needs, and potential challenges.
Estimating
The project is broken into major construction scopes so the owner can better understand how the construction budget is allocated.
Planning & Coordination
Subcontractors, materials, sequencing, inspections, and project logistics are coordinated before major work begins.
Construction
Our team manages field operations and coordinates the trades required to execute the work.
Quality Control
Construction is continuously reviewed for workmanship, coordination, design intent, and completion.
Project Delivery
Final work is completed, punch-list items are addressed, and the finished project is prepared for turnover.
From drawing to built reality.
Construction and architecture are two sides of the same process. EJ Squared understands projects beyond the construction site—from architectural intent and detailing to constructability and execution.
For clients seeking an integrated approach, EJ Squared can collaborate with architectural and engineering professionals from the earliest stages of a project.
Construction requires coordination.
A project can involve dozens of people, hundreds of decisions, and thousands of individual components. Our goal is to give clients one team responsible for moving the project forward.
A better first conversation starts with the right details.
Tell us what you are planning and where you are in the process. We use a short, guided inquiry so the first conversation can focus on scope, timing, budget, drawings, and the next practical step.
